HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
Once your order leaves our warehouse:

Add these to the dispatch time below to estimate when your gear will land. Delivery estimates don't include the day your order is dispatched, and can stretch during sale periods, public holidays and December.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders placed before 12pm Sydney time (AEST/AEDT) on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm, on a weekend, or on a public holiday are dispatched the next business day.
During sale periods and the lead-up to Christmas, allow one to two business days for dispatch.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship anywhere in Australia, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
We don't currently ship internationally, including to New Zealand. If you're outside Australia, find your local Ruffwear stockist through our Store Locator.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can track your order by visiting the carrier's website. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us.
